Registration Procedures
Registration must be made on the official Registration Form which can
be downloaded from official website www.cardiorhythm.com
Rregistration can be either made by credit card or bank draft in US Dollars
or local cheque in HK Dollars. The payment must be made payable to "Hong
Kong College of Cardiology". For credit card payment, only Visa or
Master will be accepted.

Registration Entitlements
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With
this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony,
all scientific sessions and exhibition.
Cancellation
If written cancellation is received before 30 November 2008, 50%
of registration fee will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for cancellations
received after this date.
Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request.
This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement
only.
